Welcome to BizPOS Sales System. By registering a business workspace account on our platform, you agree to comply with and be bound by the following terms and conditions:

1. Workspace Account Provisioning

Each registered business is provisioned with a dedicated isolated database schema. You are fully responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your credentials and all cashier shifts ran under your workspace.

2. Fair Usage Policy & Storage

Product catalogs, supplier listings, and sales transaction logs must comply with fair storage quotas based on your subscription tier limits (Basic, Professional, or Enterprise).

3. Service & Payment Upgrade Term

Trial accounts are granted 30 days of active platform operations. Upon expiration, standard platform checkout features will lock automatically unless upgrade payment is logged on the system pricing plans screen.

4. Liability & Disclaimers

We do not guarantee error-free offline caching under weak local networks. Ledger profit estimations and AI trend reports should be validated independently before auditing TAX margins.
